SHEET 02SERVICE SCHEDULE
Drain and sewer services, from a stuck sink to a new sewer line
We only do drains and sewers, so we carry the right equipment for every step: cable machines in three sizes, a color camera with a locator, a jetter, and the tools to repair or replace a line. Every job starts with a diagnosis and a flat-rate price in writing.
Snake, jet, or dig: how we pick the fix
Most drain companies own one tool and use it on every job. We'd rather match the fix to the pipe.
- Snake (cable): fast and affordable. Right for soft clogs, hair, soap and a first pass on roots.
- Jet: high-pressure water. Right when grease, scale or roots keep coming back after snaking.
- Line: a new pipe formed inside the old one. Right when the pipe is cracked or leaking at joints but still holds its shape.
- Dig: replace the section. Right when the pipe has collapsed, has a deep belly, or is separated.
The camera decides, and you see what it sees.
Services
- D-01
Drain cleaning
Kitchen, bath, laundry and basement floor drains. We clear it, test it with water, and tell you what caused it. Good for: slow sinks, gurgling tubs, a laundry standpipe that overflows on the spin cycle.

- D-02
Sewer camera inspection
A recorded color video of your main line, with the problem spots located and marked on the surface. Useful before you buy a house, after a backup, or before you pay for any repair.

- D-03
Hydro-jetting
Water at high pressure through a spinning nozzle that cuts roots and scrubs the pipe wall clean. We camera the line first to make sure it can take it.

- D-04
Sewer line repair and replacement
Spot repairs, full replacements and trenchless options, including pipe lining and pipe bursting. We handle the dig, the backfill and the permit paperwork with the town.

- D-05
Main line and septic line clogs
The building drain from your house to the city sewer or to your septic tank. We clear it, camera it, and tell you straight if the tank is the real problem.

- D-06
Emergency backups, 24/7
Sewage or gray water coming up a floor drain, tub or toilet. Dispatch answers around the clock, with the same rate nights and weekends.

- D-07
Cleanout installation
No cleanout means pulling a toilet every time someone needs into your line. We install an exterior or basement cleanout so the next service call is faster and cleaner. Quoted on site.

What's included on every call
- Shoe covers and drop cloths before we set anything down
- A clear explanation of what we found, in plain English
- A written flat-rate price before work starts
- Water test after clearing, so you see it drain
- Cleanup of the work area, and photos or video on request
What we don't do
So you're not waiting on the wrong company: we don't pump septic tanks, repair leach fields, install water heaters or do bathroom remodels. If your problem needs one of those, we'll tell you on the call.
Service questions
Q01How do I know if I need a snake or a jet?
If it's the first clog in a while and it's soft material like hair or soap, a cable usually does it. If the same line backs up every few months, or the camera shows grease buildup or a mat of roots, jetting cleans the full pipe wall instead of punching a hole through the middle.
Q02Will you give me a price before you start?
Yes. We tell you the trip and diagnostic fee on the phone. Once we know what's wrong, you get a flat-rate price in writing for each option. Nothing starts until you approve one. If we find something new partway through, we stop and talk to you before doing more.
Q03Do you work on rental properties and multi-family buildings?
Yes. A lot of our work is in Manchester two- and three-family homes and small apartment buildings. We can coordinate with tenants for access, send footage and invoices straight to the owner or property manager, and schedule non-emergency work around move-ins.
Not sure which service you need?
Tell us what's happening and we'll sort it out. A photo of the drain or a short video of the gurgling helps.
