Camera first
On main line calls and repeat clogs, the camera goes down before anyone talks about digging. You watch the monitor with us and keep the video.

SHEET 04ABOUT
Granite State Drain & Sewer is a small Manchester crew that does one thing: drains and sewer lines. We started the shop because too many homeowners were paying for digs nobody could explain. Our rule is simple. If we're recommending work on a pipe you can't see, we show it to you first.
On main line calls and repeat clogs, the camera goes down before anyone talks about digging. You watch the monitor with us and keep the video.
Trip fee on the phone. Flat-rate price for each option, in writing, before work starts. If we find something unexpected, we stop and ask.
Backups don't keep office hours. Nights, weekends and holidays cost the same as a Tuesday morning.
Shoe covers, drop cloths, and a work area left cleaner than we found it. In occupied multi-family buildings, we knock, introduce ourselves and tell tenants when water can go back on.
If you need a septic pumper, a restoration company or a plumber for something we don't do, we'll tell you. If your line looks fine, we'll tell you that too.
Names and roles below are fictional for this demo.

Grew up on the West Side in a triple-decker with a basement that flooded every spring. Runs most of the repair and trenchless jobs and reviews every quote before it goes out.
The voice you hear at 7 a.m., and the one who sets up the overnight on-call schedule. Knows which towns are on septic better than most town offices.
Handles most of the cleaning, jetting and camera work. Can read a clay joint on a monitor from across a basement.
Runs the mini-excavator and the lining equipment. Files the mark-out requests and keeps track of every permit.
Each service van carries cable machines for sinks, branch lines and 4-inch mains, a color push camera with a locator, shoe covers, drop cloths and wet-vacs. A jetter trailer and the excavation equipment go out on scheduled jobs and on emergencies that need them.

NH Master Plumber License #DEMO-NH-0000 (demo credential, not a real license number). Insured (demo). A live site would show the owner's real license number and insurance details here.
We stand behind our work. If something we fixed isn't right, call us and we'll come back and make it right.
Sample reviews written for this demo. Not from real customers.
“They pulled the toilet, ran the camera, and then sat at my kitchen table and showed me the roots at 38 feet. No pressure. I booked the jetting for the next morning.”
“I own a three-family on the West Side. They called each tenant before shutting the water off. That alone made me a customer.”
